Which skin types is this plan suitable for?

Suitable for all Fitzpatrick skin types I–VI: from very fair skin that burns easily to darker tones that tan quickly. We adjust exposure times and SPF recommendations based on individual skin sensitivity and melanin levels to ensure safe, even tanning.

How often should I tan each week?

A recommended schedule is 2–3 sessions per week with at least 48 hours between exposures. This allows your skin to recover and build melanin gradually, minimizing the risk of sunburn while achieving an even tan.

Can I still follow this plan if I’m on medication?

Yes, as long as your medication isn’t photosensitizing. If you’re taking antibiotics, retinoids, or other drugs that increase sun sensitivity, consult your healthcare provider first. We’ll tailor your schedule and SPF guidance accordingly.

What if I miss a session?

No problem – simply resume the plan on the next scheduled day. We recommend spacing your missed session so you still allow at least 48 hours between tanning days to protect your skin.
